“Get comfortable being uncomfortable,” As I was holding who the heck knows what pose. Where I felt
SO out of place. I thought to myself, Yea ok I’m very uncomfortable let’s move on now. Then the
instructor said, “How you do anything, is how you do everything.” That hit me. Stacy, how do you react
when things are uncomfortable? Do you give up? Do you take the road less travelled? Not just with
your physical journey, but in life. When things get unbearable, hard, who do you turn to and how do
you push forward.
I cried and just laid on my mat. My first hot yoga experience. I didn’t enjoy it; fact is it felt like going to
therapy. I was so emotional drained afterwards. I tried to do what the instructor asked, but I was so
uncomfortable. My body couldn’t move that way, I’m not meant to hold still. My brain won’t stop. How
is this benefiting me at all.
So why would I want to open a yoga studio? Simplest response, God lead me here. To give others a
space to connect with themselves. To learn to love themselves physically, mentally and spiritually. A
place where you can just be you on that mat. Where you can take a pause from the world and learn to
be uncomfortable, a space where you can strengthen yourself physically, mental and spiritually. A
space you can grow, be encouraged, pushed into a space you can just be.
Yoga has taught me so many things, and I’m eager to keep learning from it. One of the most humbling
things is my connection with my body, feeling it, the good the bad the beautiful. Honoring it, allowing it
to have stretch days. Or days I lift like Arnold Schwarzenegger. My physical body has never felt so good,
I have way less back blow outs and injuries.
In Yoga, I find mindfulness, I find connection with Stacy, I feel God’s love for me in there.

Hi i’m Marissa!
I have been practicing yoga for the past 15 Years. I started with a simple Restore class and haven’t looked back. I am currently a RYT 500. I graduated Yoga teacher training at the end of
2018 with Yoga Assets, followed by the additional 300 Hr in December 2019.
There is nothing I would rather be doing than bringing the gift of yoga to all who walk into a class. I want my students to feel at home. Not just in the studio but in their own mind, body, and soul.
The practice of yoga has given me so many things: a loving community, appreciation for my physical body and all that it does for me, letting down walls to be caring and kind, and has taught me to enjoy the present moment.
I am so excited to be a part of the Vibe tribe.
Some other things I love to do are hiking in the mountains, crocheting, reading true crime, and traveling to different places.

Wendy Harker
Wendy started taking yoga classes before having her fourth baby in 2009.
The practice of yoga has been an important part of her life ever since. A teacher by trade, she studied to become a yoga instructor through the Shine Yoga school in 2021.
She loves that yoga is so much more than “being flexible”. It’s about mind, body, and spirit. It’s about how to use your breath to calm your anxious thoughts. It’s about trying to be a better person and to genuinely love those around you as well as yourself.
Wendy loves to spend time with her husband and family, bake tasty treats, and enjoy the beautiful outdoors.
Cassie is passionate about awakening others to the quiet calm waters of their most deepest sacred hearts.
Cassie has been teaching yoga for the past 7 years and is a 500 HR RYT. She has a background in Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Yin Infused practices but her deep love is for Restorative Yoga.
I am here to inspire and empower others to take the beautiful leap into a deeper relationship with themselves. My intention in each of my classes is to have you leaving feeling that no matter what life has thrown your way, you can always start anew. I am here as a messenger to remind you of your divine goodness, your divine power and beauty. WE are not the things that have been done to us or the things we have been told to us that we are. WE are so much more. WE are all divine and whole just as we are. We don’t have to keep deciding that we must change, alter, or become something else or someone else in order to be worthy of being loved. Just by YOU merely existing dear one YOU are already enough.
“I want to create a safe sacred space for all to come into. No matter where you are on your awakening healing journey there is room for you to come and be just as you are, in all your many shades, colors, shapes and sizes. YOU always have a place here to find your grounded center on your own terms”.
Cassie Ortega
What I love about yoga is that it has truly changed my life. The saying, “once you have seen, you can’t unsee.” is what brought me here today.
I found yoga in a funny way. Don’t get me wrong, I knew what yoga was but I didn’t like it. I felt like it was a waate of workout time. If I was going to workout, I wanted to sweat and burn some calories pushing myself to the limit. And then one day a friend asked me to go to a girls retreat in St. George called Mind, Body, and Soul. I thought it was a “learn how to eat healthy and exercise” weekend and it sounds fun. As my friend and I drove to St. George, we had no idea what to expect and it wasn’t until that evening that the instructor told us to pull out our yoga mats that I realized I was at a full on yoga retreat!
The next 4 days transformed my life. I learned how to quiet the mind long enough to listen. I learned that holding these poses would strengthen my body and stretching my short runners muscles would protect me from injuries and that my body actually started to feel better. I learned how to connect my mind, body and soul because yoga is a union between all 3. It gave me tools to be the best version of myself so when crap hits the fan, I could deal with it. I joke that I have become a yoga missionary (which is only half true) but I do love what it has done for me and I would love to share what I have learned.
I fulfill my yoga 200 teacher training with Shine Yoga school in 2021. I like to teach with the philosophy that all poses are not all meant to look the same with every person. The key is to turn inward to your body and listen, give yourself permission to set comparisons aside and do some self care so you can take care of those around you. Come along for the ride and bring a little or a lot of yoga into your life.

200-RYT ~ Trauma Informed ~ Yin Yoga ~ Buti Yoga
Lover of movement, meditation, nature, creation, and embracing life to the fullest. Some of her favorite quotes are:
“Imagine your mind is a garden and your thoughts are the seeds.”
“And you can still find peace and grow in the wild of changing things.”
“When you love somebody, your eyelashes go up and down and little stars come out of you.”
Yoga is not just a practice- it is a way of life.
I have spent my life loving to be active and moving my body. I did everything from sports to dance, to marathons to weight lifting. I enjoyed challenging myself and feeling the endorphins and energy that came with a good workout.
I stumbled across yoga through a group fitness class. I decided to go again, and then again. The more I went the more I wanted to go. I decided I needed to learn more about this beautiful practice. The more research I did, I began to discover yoga wasn’t just moving your body. It was so much more. I decided to take a Yoga Teacher Training so I could learn all I could about yoga, with no intention to teach. After getting certified and having the most transformational experience of my life, I couldn’t help but want to share this beautiful practice with others.
Yoga has helped me to see the beauty, love, and unity that is all around us. It has taught me that everything I need is already inside me.
I love to share the energy, connection and love that this practice brings.

I believe that yoga is a journey of self-discovery, not just on the mat, but in the way we move through our everyday lives. My classes focus on functional movements that can be applied to our daily routines, helping us to move with greater ease, grace, and strength (and avoid injury.) My class and approach to yoga, will help you improve your balance and flexibility, while also enhancing your overall strength and mobility. With Functional Movement Yoga, you’ll be able to move more freely and confidently in your daily life. It’s a great way to stay active and healthy, without putting too much strain on your body. I believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. My classes are designed to be accessible to all, and I encourage you to come as you are.
My journey with yoga began 20 years ago, when I was searching for a way to balance the demands of my work and family with my desire for inner peace and well-being. For me yoga is much more than just physical movement. I love learning about the philosophy and the traditions around this ancient way of purposeful living.
I love hiking and exploring the outdoor, reading and learning new things, listening to music, traveling and experiencing different cultures and time with friends and family.
I’m looking forward to meeting you and sharing the gift of yoga with you!
