At VIBE Yoga Sound Wellness our mission is to inspire and elevate your whole-body wellness by offering transformative experiences. AND we continue to do this for the community.  Even more so with the community.  The VIBE TRIBE instructors will be traveling, on-the-go experiences! We will provide over 30 high-quality classes and at least 4 workshops infused with passion and heart, designed to challenge and awaken your senses in meaningful ways. For the months of August and September. 

Wherever we go, we bring our commitment to holistic wellness through yoga practices, bodywork, breathwork, somatic movement, and meditation. By detaching from old mental patterns, we help you forge new paths to health and well-being. Each visit is an opportunity to cultivate growth, connection, and a sense of community.  Some places you’ll find us: mountain yoga, yoga with goats, inversion with a bungee, Nidra in a salt cave, pool side sound healing.

How It Works:

  • Punch Passes: Available for purchase, these passes can be used at any VIBE location for any class during August and September, enhancing visibility and attracting new clients. The punch passes are:
    • 5-class pass for $70
    • 10-class pass for $120 (includes $5 off special events and a golden ticket for a friend)
    • 15-class pass for $150 (includes $10 off special events and two golden tickets for friends)

  • Class Schedule: A detailed calendar of classes, locations, and instructors will be posted soon. Stay tuned to find out where you can join us for these special sessions.
  • Booking and App: Download the VIBE app to sign up for classes, purchase your punch pass, and stay updated on class details. On the day of your class, you’ll receive your punch pass and any additional goodies.

1.Rest and Restore
This YIN style practice is designed to guide you towards self-care, embodiment, and healing. Allow
yourself to unwind and rejuvenate as we explore practices that nurture both the body and mind, with
deep relaxation and surrender.
Through gentle movements, mindful breathing, and guided meditation, you will discover the power of
self-care and the profound impact it can have on your overall well-being. This class will help you release
tension, calm your mind, and foster a deeper connection with yourself.
Come and experience a peaceful retreat that will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized. We look
forward to sharing this journey of relaxation and healing with you.

2. Reset Unlock Your Body, Free Your Mind

Experience more freedom as you release trapped emotions and energy in your body with this unique,
instructor-led full-body movement class. Dive deep into the rhythm of your own emotions as you move
your body, releasing pent-up feelings and finding inner peace.
Join us on this journey of self-discovery and healing, where movement becomes a pathway to express,
release, and embrace your true emotions so you can soar higher!
This somatic release practice includes a mix of yoga, natural movement, and tapping to support your
healing journey.
What to Bring: Your yoga mat, a water bottle, and an open mind. All levels are welcome.

3. Flow it Out Free Flow
This intermediate to advanced breath-centered Vinyasa practice cultivates physical vitality and mental
resilience through dynamic sequences. guided by the rhythm of your breath. Experience the liberating
freedom of creative expression within your body as you explore each posture without judgment,
reconnecting with your inner strength and fluidity. Celebrate yourself through empowering and freeing
movement.
What to Bring: Your yoga mat, water bottle, and towel. Intermediate to Advanced

4. Kundalini and Sound Practice
Kundalini Yoga is known as the yoga of awareness. This practice combines physical and spiritual
techniques to increase consciousness and build physical vitality. It involves chanting, singing, breathing
exercises, and repetitive poses called kriyas. The goal is to activate Kundalini energy, or shakti, which is
said to be a spiritual life force located at the base of the spine.
All levels are welcome to join this transformative experience.
What to Bring: Your yoga mat, water bottle, and an open mind.

5. NIDRA Experience deep relaxation and inner awareness with our Nidra practice. Begin by finding a comfortable
position with props like bolsters, blankets, eye masks, and pillows. We start by drawing your attention
inward and setting a sankalpa, a positive intention.
You and angel;ll be guided through a body scan, breathwork with longer exhales and holds, and a third-party
observation of sensations. The practice includes visualization while maintaining that observation, and
we’ll revisit the sankalpa before guiding you back to awareness of your breath, body, and surroundings.
All levels welcome.

6. Guided FLOW
Beginner to Intermediate. This Vinyasa-style class offers a dynamic, flowing sequence of standing poses,
balancing series, occasional inversions, and seated and supine postures. Each session is unique, with
ever-changing sequences tailored by the instructor to keep you engaged and sweating.
The progression from breath to movement enhances cardiovascular strength, endurance, and flexibility,
while challenging your muscles and expanding your range of motion.
What to bring: Yoga mat and water bottle.

Goat Yoga: A Unique and Playful Practice

Join us for a delightful fusion of yoga and playful goats in our Goat Yoga class! This one-of-a-kind experience combines the calming practice of yoga with the joyful presence of friendly goats. Designed for all levels, Goat Yoga offers a fun and memorable way to enhance your practice and connect with nature.

What to Expect:

  • Welcoming Environment: Our Goat Yoga sessions are held in a serene outdoor setting at Vigil Farms, providing a peaceful backdrop for your practice.
  • Playful Companions: Adorable goats will roam around during the class, bringing joy and laughter as they interact with participants.
  • Gentle Flow: The yoga sequence is tailored to accommodate the playful interruptions of our goat friends, focusing on gentle stretches, mindful breathing, and relaxation.
  • Connection and Community: This unique experience fosters a sense of community and connection, making it a perfect activity to enjoy with friends and family.
